How do I buy multiple courses for my employees?
When you go to our training shop via the "Shop our Training" tab, you'll see the option buttons: Buying for myself or Buying licenses. If you select buying licenses, you can add as many licenses as you require to your basket.
How do I allocate the licenses to my employees?
Once you have purchased the licenses, your employees will need to create an account on the site. Once they have done this, you can view your order, click allocate license, and from there you can type in the email address your employee has used to register their account and select it. This will enrol them in the course immediately.
I'm having technical issues with account creation, checkout, or the course. Who shall I contact?
If you send an email to helpdesk@mhiuk.org outlining your issue, someone will be in touch to support you.
How long do I have to complete my course?
Once you are enrolled on a course, you have one year to complete it and access it. After one year, you'll be unenrolled and access is removed. You'll receive a reminder from us seven days before you are due to lose access to the course.
